Distance Fees:
What is the Distance Fee?
A distance fee allows you to set a per-mile rate for your delivery within a specified radius.
How do I add a Distance Fee?
Adding a "Distance Fee" will present you with the following screen (your available locations will be different than mine):
This screen has 4 sections that will be important to you:
Available Locations
Per Mile Rate
Min Distance
Max Distance
Available locations: This is where you can add the store locations where this particular fee will be applied. The screen will look like the below by default. Currently, neither of my locations is in "Chosen Locations" and so will not have the fee applied.
I have now moved one of my locations into "Chosen Locations" and so the fee will be applied to that location.
Per Mile Rate: This is how many dollars will be charged per mile. Setting the number to 5 for example charges $5 for every mile from the store.
Min Distance: The minimum distance away from the store that this fee will be applied.
Max Distance: The maximum distance away from the store that this fee will be applied.
As an example, I have set the following for my distance fee:
In my example, the fee will be $5 per mile, but only allowed within a range of 2 - 10 miles away from my store.
Once I am happy with this fee, I will then hit "Save" which is a button located in the bottom right of the screen, as follows:
Now that I have hit "Save" I will be taken to a screen that shows all of my existing fees:
Looking closer at the fee I have just made shows a summary of the fee I just completed:
Tiered Distance Fees:
What is a Tiered Distance Fee?
A tiered distance fee allows you to set a flat fee for your delivery within a specified radius.
Example: Anything within a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 miles of the store will be a flat $5 delivery fee.

A polygon zone allows you to draw a specific shape onto google maps, marking a region where a specific delivery fee will be applied/available.
How do I add a Polygon Zone?
Adding a "Polygon Zone" will present you with the following screen (your available locations will be different than mine):
This screen has 6 sections that will be important to you:

Delivery Area: This is where you can draw the delivery area shape onto a map.
Example: I only want to deliver to the greater downtown Austin area, north of the Colorado river:
I start by clicking the polygon icon at the top. I then set the points of my shape, which determine the sides for this delivery area.
